Egg salad sandwich 

Ingredients:

2 hard boiled eggs 

2 leveled tsp of mayo 

1 tsp banana pepper juice 

Salt and pepper to taste 

1/4 tsp paprika 

Pinch of chopped parsley 

2 slices of Texas toast 

Directions:

  1. In small pot, boil 2 eggs. Boil in enough water to cover the eggs completely 

  2. Boil for 15 min on medium high 

  3. Place eggs in ice bath for 10 minutes 

  4. Peel eggs

  5. Chop eggs in bowl 

  6. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and banana pepper juice 

  7. Mix well

  8. Add parsley 

  9. Serve on bread  or with celery sticks
