Roast beef
Ingredients:
3 lbs round eye beef
1/3 cup Worcestershire
1 stick of butter
2 tbs Lawry’s seasoning salt
1 tbs oregano
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp roast beef base
3/4 cup water
Directions:
Place beef in roasting pan. Season with salt, pepper, Lawry’s seasoning salt, oregano, and paprika. Season generously and on the bottom of beef as well.
Tip: Let beef sit out for 30minutes from refrigerator before baking
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes ( for a 3 lb roast)
Take roast out of the oven. Turn off the oven.
Mix 1 tsp of roast beef paste with 3/4 cup of water. Pour into pan with roast.
Melt one stick of butter. Add 1/3 cup of Worcestershire. Pour over the top of the roast.
Bake at 250 degrees for 75 minutes
Let roast rest before slicing thin.
Serve with potatoes or on a sandwich roll.
