Buffalo Chicken dip


Ingredients:

1 1/2 large chicken breasts

1 Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Sauce

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning 

1 Handful green onions 

1 garlic clove 

1 cup of sharp cheddar grated 

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 

1/2 tbs paprika 

Salt and pepper to taste 

1 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt 

1/2 block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese 

1 - 5oz cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt 


Ingredients:



  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Lawry’s seasoning salt. Set on baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.

  2. Slice the top off of a garlic clove and drizzle olive oil over it. Place on small baking pan and roast in the same oven as chicken for 35 minutes. 

  3. Shred chicken. Squeeze garlic into chicken.

  4. Add softened cream cheese and yogurt. Add ranch packet. 

  5. Add 1 cup of buffalo sauce. 

  6. Freshly grate cheese. Add 1 cup of cheese mixture to chicken. 

  7. Add a small handful of white scallions. 

  8. Add dip to baking dish ( I like a shallow one for this dip) 

  9. Add 1/2 cups of cheese for topping and a small handful of green onions on top. 

  10. Bake at 350 until cheese it melty ( 25 minutes or so) 

  11. Broil until cheese is a little crispy 

  12. Serve with tortilla or peta chips
